The 3×3 Streetball Camp Sarajevo 2025 is a three-day regional youth event dedicated to promoting gender equality, inclusion, respect,and social connection through the dynamic format of 3×3 basketball. Taking place in Sarajevo from July 4 to 6, 2025, the camp will bring together around 150 participants – boys and girls aged 14 to 16 from across the Western Balkans for an unforgettable experience of sport, learning, and cultural exchange.

From July 4th to 6th, 2025, Sarajevo hosted the first 3×3 Streetball Camp, bringing together more than 80 girls and boys aged 14 to 16 from Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, Serbia and Montenegro. Over three dynamic days, participants had a chance to pass educational fairplay workshops, basketball trainings, play a tournament in mixed teams and meet the city of Sarajevo.

Different jerseys, same team – A guide to organizing inclusive sports events was created as part of the project Sport zajedno – Promoting Social Inclusion and Reconciliation through Grassroots Youth Sport, funded by the European Commission under the Erasmus+ program, and co-financed in Croatia by the Government Office for Cooperation with NGOs.

The following project monitoring plan is to facilitate overseeing the overall implementation and to support the monitoring of the project progress. As outlined initial project application a performance monitoring plan (PMP) will be developed in the initial phase of the project. Subsequently the PMP will be used as tool to guide the project team throughout the project implementation.

Sport-Zajedno GFF24 REPORT

Over 80 young players, 18 coaches, 6 clubs from 6 European countries, and a 30-member organizing team came together to celebrate 72 hours of football, diversity and solidarity at the Girls Football Festival held in Vienna from June 28th to 30th, 2024. They came together for fun-packed get-to-know-each-other evening in Prater, completed 8 workshops and training stations, explored the city of Vienna through a playful scavenger hunt, enjoyed empanadas, pizzas and much more.

The project Sport Together – Promoting Social Inclusion and Reconciliation through Grassroots Youth Sport is funded by the European Commission under the Erasmus+ program, and co-financed in Croatia by the Government Office for Cooperation with NGOs. The consortium is coordinated by the Vienna Institute for International Dialogue and Cooperation – fairplay Initiative (VIDC – fairplay initiative), and includes NGO Atina (Serbia), Football Club Zagreb 041 (Croatia), Igrajmo zajedno inicijativa (Bosnia and
Herzegovina), the Youth Initiative for Human Rights (Montenegro), and KFV Prishtina (Kosovo).

The MVT is a traveling sports and education event that brings fun, learning, and
inclusion into your local neighborhoods. Since 2018, it has visited more than 30 towns across the region, creating welcoming spaces for children and families. Mini-Van Tour 2025 is part of three international projects.

Sport-Zajedno Dissemination plan

The Sport Zajedno initiative seeks to promote the integration and active participation of migrants, minorities, and asylum seekers in mainstream sports across the Western Balkans states.An important result of the Sport Zajedno initiative is the establishment of a long-term network and collaboration between the participating organizations. This network aims to connect individuals and organizations dedicated to promoting sport inclusivity.

The project brings together civil society organizations and sport clubs from Austria, Bosnia & Herzegovina, Croatia, Kosovo, Montenegro and Serbia.

Sport-Zajedno Girls Football Festival24 booklet

The Girls Football Festival 2024 welcomes 8 girls‘ teams from Europe to spend three days celebrating soccer, respect and diversity, training together and taking part in a soccer tournament. Friendship and fairplay are the founding concepts of the festival.
